Why "The REALLY Real Curious Crow"? Because I've been "The Curious Crow" since 1999, when I began crafting one-of-a-kind soft-sculptures. Yet, despite over 10 years of a web presence, there seem to be more "Curious Crow[s]" popping up all the time. Antique dealers, bloggers, painters, tchotchkes pushers, and gamers seem to gravitate to my handle without the good college-try of Googling. Accept no substitutes--do they have crow tracks tattooed on their foot? I do!. ;)

Challenge Day Twelve. The One From The Band I Hate.
Seriously? I'm trying to think of reasons for putting up a song from a band I hate...I'm also trying to think of a band I truly can't stand enough to say that I hate it. IDK. Wait, yes I do, though she's not "a band." Ke$ha. I can't stand the message she puts out there, especially when it's mostly preteen and teen girls, who are trying to figure out how to "be" in the world, doing the listening...and the watching and the mental note taking ('cept mine--she's got taste). I'm not one for censorship of books, music or art, but that doesn't mean I give automatic respect to the creators of it either, and I have none when it comes to people (male or female) who make their money off of trumping up an image that hinges on appearing oversexed and over-partied. while tripping around and acting drunk (and really, creators of The Wimpy Kid movie--was her song the best you could do for a kid movie???). Because of the reason for my dislike, I'm not even going to bother putting any of her songs up on my blog. By the way, when did brushing one's teeth with whiskey ever sound remotely hot? :::stepping off the soapbox:::
